General Pest Treatments

A general pest treatment covers ants, roaches, scorpions, beetles, spiders, silverfish, acrobat ants, wasps, earwigs, pill bugs, gnats and some pantry pest. It includes treating inside the home and garage. As well as treating the outside of the home. A customer can choose to not have the inside of their home treated or I can do limited treating inside depending on the pest problem.

Beetles

Beetles can be a common pest in both residential and commercial settings. Depending on the type of beetle, they can cause damage to wood, fabrics, and food products.

Termites

Termites are destructive pests that can cause significant damage to wooden structures, furniture, and other items in homes and buildings. If left untreated, they can cause extensive damage that can be costly to repair.

Moths

Moths can be a nuisance when they infest your home or place of business, as they can damage fabrics, clothing, and other materials.

Scorpions

Beware, for the dangers of scorpions are not to be taken lightly! These venomous predators lurk insidiously in the shadows, biding their time and waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

Spiders

Spiders are an important part of the ecosystem and can help control other pest populations, but if you have a spider infestation in your home or workplace, you may need to take steps to control their population.

Ants

Ants can certainly be considered pests in certain situations, particularly when they invade homes or businesses in search of food and shelter.

Outside I will knock down spider webs and wasps nests from eves 15’ and under. I will treat around all doors, windows and covered porches. I will dust all weep holes and treat the entire foundation of the home. I will also treat up to 20’ out from foundation with granular products or baits. All General pest treatments come with a warranty for inside the home whether it was treated inside or not. A customer can also request Organic products be used. Carpenter ants, bees, fleas, ticks, bed bugs, German roaches, indoor moths, termites, fire ants in yard or rodents are not covered under a General Pest Treatment. These are specialized treatments.


General Pest Treatments can be performed on a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or yearly basis.

This list of prices is for first time customers only. Prices can change based on specific needs of the customer and treatment plan that has been created. The frequency of treatments will also affect prices after initial treatment. All treatments come with a 60 day warranty for the interior.

  • $149.95 + Tax for 2,600 – 4,000 sq. ft.
  • $169.95 + Tax for 4,100 – 5,000 sq. ft.
  • $199.95 + Tax for 5,100 – 6,000 sq. ft.

Scheduling

Most pest control technicians are over worked. It’s very common for a pest control technician that works for a larger company to have anywhere from 10 – 20 stops a day. That results in longer treatment time windows. It also results in a technician not having adequate time to address the needs of a customer, or the technician will feel the need to rush through treatments. I promise to not rush through your treatment. I offer 2-hour treatment time windows. All re-treatment calls will be taken care of within 48 hours of my receiving your notification. Your satisfaction is my highest priority.
